Bengal College of Engineering and Technology, Durgapur or BCET is a selffinancing college located in West Bengal, India providing under-graduate as well as post-graduate courses in engineering and technology disciplines. It was established by SKS Educational and Social Trust in 2001.The college is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology and all the programmes are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education.
BCET has got the coveted NBA accreditation for all its eligible courses. BCET has been awarded “OUTSTANDING ENGINEERING INSTITUTE (EAST)” by ABP News National Education Awards 2019. The College has earlier received this award for six successive times in a row i.e. 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
